DIE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

Our engineers have customized our state-of-the-art Siemens NX 3D modeling software for the optimal results in designing and producing dies in house for progressive metal stamping production. WATERJET

Using waterjet, Wiegel Tool Works can quickly produce highly cost-effective parts without sacrificing efficiency. The waterjet manufacturing process uses 60,000 psi water pressure mixed with granite abrasive to cut parts using almost any material. Since it’s a cold manufacturing process, it doesn’t harm the integrity ofthe part design or material. Waterjet is a particularly useful manufacturing technique for rapid prototyping or short run production.
