Cheers For The Economy, But Now It's Harder To Find Workers For The Graveyard Shift

There are more than just a few manufacturers trying to recruit workers for night shift hours and having a real hard time finding anyone. It doesn’t help that lack of child care and public transportation options during those hours makes it hard for workers to take those shifts. President and CEO of Wiegel, Aaron Wiegel, tells Crains that even when he pays a premium, he has trouble finding night owls to take him up on the offer.
