Progressive Die Stamping MachineWiegel's Heavy Stamping department utilizing Minster's has a tonnage range from 100 to 450 tons with bed sizes up to 120″ (3,048mm). We stamp copper based and ferrous and exotic alloys up to 0.150″ thick run in these presses. We run at speeds up to 140 SPM and up to 8.5" stroke.

Assured quality comes from utilizing sophisticated in die sensore, tonnage meters, and variable lock outs and our customized in-line/off line Vision Systems monitors intricate dimensions. our control process is implemented with senior leadership, recognizing the importance of critical quality. The department can meet your stringent cleanliness standards with our in-line washing and batch ultrasonic cleaning. We are invested into producing a quality, premier product and we exceed our customer's expectations.
