Wiegel Tool Works is located in Wood Dale, IL, and provides mass-production metal stamping services such as progressive die high-speed stamping, progressive die heavy metal stamping, engineering support, in-house toolmaking, rapid prototype, waterjet cutting and automated assembly of parts. Operating on 187,000 sq-ft in 4 manufacturing facilities, we use the latest in metal stamping equipment and quality assurance technology. We operate state-of-the art Minster and Bruderer brand punch presses and deploy in-line vision and sensor equipment throughout our facilities to ensure only precision quality parts leave our machines. We are IATF certified and serve a wide range of industries around the globe with our most demanding customers operating in the automotive sector. We produce a variety of copper-based, precious metal and ferrous metal components such as busbars, lead frames, terminals, brackets, rolled bushings, press-fit pins, shields, wire and cable connectors and more. With Zeiss CMMs, OGP smart scopes and dedicated sensor and camera vision system technology to monitor stamping parts in and off production lines, our customers know quality assurance is our number one priority.
