Precision Metal Stamping Services
Wiegel Tool Works provides high-volume production of custom, precision stamping components utilizing progressive die heavy and high-speed metal stamping technologies. We specialize in the production of precision electrical contacts, connectors and various other electrical and non-electrical component parts. We offer in-house support of rapid prototyping, tool design and tool production, waterjet and assembly services. We allow manufacturers to source full production of their products from prototype to tooling to serial production. For secondary application requirements such as plating, welding and insert molding, we connect with our top industry sources and manage this supply chain for our customers. With our knowledgeable team of tool designers, process engineers and production experts, we can meet challenging, complex and unique customer specifications.
We work diligently to offer the most competitive pricing—carefully reviewing production requests and finding ways to improve product design and production processes to drive costs down for our customers. We are the gold standard for metal stamping services as we continue to invest and operate the latest metal stamping and tooling technologies on the market to meet new and evolving industry developments and greater production efficiencies, reach competitive pricing and achieve better product results. Our signature developments of in-line/off-line camera vision system and sensor technology are implemented throughout production processes to capture and automate the measurement of part dimensions and tolerances and ensure parts are produced to exact specification and maintain the highest quality.
Our high-speed stamping department operates Bruderer presses to stamp copper-based alloys, aluminum, ferrous, and exotic metals at speeds up to 1,500 strokes per minute. This increased speed enables quick turnaround of multi-million-piece projects.
Wiegel Tool Works (WTW) has partnered with leading OEM and Tier manufacturers for over 77 years to streamline all stamping production processes within one operation.
Wiegel Tool Works (WTW) has invested in waterjet cutting technology as an alternative manufacturing method that produces quick and cost-effective parts for many applications without the need for tooling design and production.
